English: US Database cleanup project

I am currently cleaning up the US database to be clearer, more complete, and less cluttered.

As part of this I am doing the following:

- Changing mobs to areas instead of dozens of duplicates
- Correcting NPC types
- Changing mob characters that are in key locations or specific path wanderers to NPC Notable (ie: as part of an entourage of a unique NPC or a group of a mob that wanders a road)
- Updating and mapping areas
- Deleting items that no longer appear (note: Thottbot is verified for respawn timers in case they are seasonal or several days before respawning)
- Correcting names
- Adding additional tags (quest giver, aggressive, etc)

Items remaining to be completed in this area:

Echo Ridge Mine:
- Needs map to LocRef to in order to complete
- XP, HP, DMG, Respawn information needs to be added for Kobold Laborers
- Chest drop/respawn information needs to be added
- Quest drop items must be identified/added

Northshire Valley:
- Class specific quests must be identified/added
- Quest pre-requisites must be identified
- Chain quests must be identified
- Paths need to be verified and cleaned up for Guards and Peasants - complete
- Chest location & respawn information needs to be added
- XP, HP, DMG, Respawn information needs to be added for Kobold Workers/Vermin, Young/Timber Wolves
- Quest Level/Objective verification
- Quest drop items must be identified/added

Northshire Vineyard:
- XP, HP, DMG, Respawn information needs to be added for Defias Thugs and Garrek Padfoot
- Chest drop/respawn information needs to be added
- Quest drop items must be identified/added
