Using WoW map coordinates

Is it not possible to convert to WoWs internal coordinate system? That would make placing new items and finding existing locations much easier.

P.S. Sorry, I don't speak French (typical American education) so if you reply it'll have to be in english.

Hello Hero2Zero, Afflicted for the English faults, but I will try to answer.
It is not possible to introduce the coordinates into the carto, for legal reasons with respect to Blizzard. But if you want located a mob or other, I will advise you to use to carto in addition the sites which give the coordinates such as

(in English)
or
[Seuls les administrateurs ont le droit de voir ce lien]
(English also)
and another in French :
