English: LocRef/Maps/DB Update

I was wondering about a few things

1) In the English version (perhaps French as well) there is no 'Copy LocRef' option to link certain items.

2) There are many maps missing. The majority of the city maps as an example - a few (Ironforge, Undercity) link to the official city map - it would be nice if this was available for the other cities as well. More importantly the 'Cave/Little Dungeon' maps are all missing. It would be really beneficial to be able to LocRef to these maps.

3) English database update. I have begun cleaning up the English database, fixing errors, adding information etc, however, the database no longer seems to be updating (last updated 4/2/07). I'm sure you have bandwidth restrictions, but a monthly update would be nice if at all possible.
